AnswerThe Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
Where are the My Rewards and Twitch drop items in The Witcher 3 Remastered?
Short answer
You collect them from a chest in the Royal Palace in Vizima, and Yennefer's letter in your inventory helps you find them. A linked CD Projekt Red account is required to get them in game. Patch 5.01 on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S fixed items not appearing in a chest you had already opened.
Where the chest is
The My Rewards and Twitch Drop items end up in a chest in the Royal Palace in Vizima. For help finding them, read Yennefer’s letter in your inventory. According to GameRant and the Fextralife wiki, the account rewards can be claimed there once you finish the White Orchard prologue.
A GameRant guide from December 2022, written for the next-gen update that came before Remastered, placed the chest for that update’s new armor sets in Yennefer’s room off the palace courtyard. CD Projekt’s Twitch Drops page points you to Yennefer’s letter.
Link your CD Projekt Red account
Getting the items in game requires a linked CD Projekt Red account. On its Twitch Drops page, CD Projekt says linking isn’t needed to receive drops on Twitch itself, but drops expire seven days after you claim them if your account isn’t linked.
GameRant gives the steps to unlock the rewards by platform: on PC, log in to REDlauncher with your CD Projekt Red account; on consoles, open the My Rewards tab in the menu and log in there.
Scarlet Crest and Fire Horse armor
Linking a CD Projekt Red account earns the Scarlet Crest Armor Set, which you claim at the Royal Palace in Vizima. The Fire Horse armor for Roach is a Twitch drop that takes 90 minutes of watch time on streams with drops enabled.
According to CD Projekt’s Twitch Drops page, the drop campaign ends on 27 October, and if you haven’t completed the required watch time by then, you won’t get the reward.
If the items are missing
Patch 5.01, out on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, fixed My Rewards and Twitch/Bilibili Drops not appearing in the Vizima chest if you had opened it before. CD Projekt’s notes add that the fix may duplicate some of the items.
CD Projekt’s PC support article on missing online rewards gives a check: items that show in the main menu under CD PROJEKT RED Account were granted correctly, and you can collect them once a patch addresses the issue.
Version and platform notes
Patch 5.01’s notes list it as out on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. GameRant says you need the linked account whatever your platform.
